The moment your parcel leaves our facility, a tracking link lands in your inbox. It can take 24–48 hours for the first carrier scan to appear, so don’t worry if there is no movement right away.

What's your return policy?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. The item needs to be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of being placed. After that, they usually move into processing and can no longer be cancelled. However, you are always welcome to return the item through our returns process once it arrives.
